DIY styling is still very much in vogue at the moment with
Brides searching Pinterest for inspiration and ideas, saving money by going it
alone. Setting up their boards for venues, colours, fonts, flowers and dress
styles. These are great because they can be shared with your suppliers giving
them the heads up about your style and preferences.
Why not try home-made bunting or else decorate you room with
festoons of fairy lights to give it that magical feel to your reception
especially as the light fades.

Another trend is colour palettes inspired by the varying historical art movements, the pastel shades of the French impressionists punctuated by bursts of saturated primary colours complemented by a pink gown or else bold colours set on darker backgrounds celebrating the old masters which works really well in the more stately venues.
Also popular contempory style is the English country garden featuring meadow flowers creating a sea of bright colour set against a pastel background.
